Comprehensive Initial Appointment
A 1 hour+ in-depth intake from the comfort of your own home or office via a secure virtual platform with our doctor to help determine the root cause of your symptoms and ailments.
Follow-ups to review labs and/or reassess treatment plans

Naturopathic consultations consist of one-on-one visits with one of our naturopathic doctors. The first session is typically approximately 60 minutes long, in which your doctor will take a detailed history. The goal of this visit is to gather information and to understand your story and all the components that make up your health. Your doctor may recommend lab testing at this time to further investigate your case. After your visit, your doctor will spend time researching the various aspects of your case and putting the puzzle pieces together to ultimately develop a comprehensive treatment plan specific for you.

Follow-up appointments range from 30-45 minutes. Depending on your specific case, this visit may include further history taking, lab reviews, creation of/adjustments to treatment plans, lifestyle counseling, and more.

Naturopathic doctors are equipped with a large tool box, with many different modalities for treatment. Depending on your health history and ailments, your doctor may recommend a combination of any of the following: nutrition and lifestyle changes, nutraceuticals, botanical (herbal) medicine, homeopathy, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, nutrient therapy, craniosacral therapy, mind body medicine, and more.
